WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Dickies Singapore Online shipment and delivery of orders are based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse distribution center processing time. Orders will be processed during normal business hours between Monday and Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery within Singapore will usually arrive within 72 hours of dispatch.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM AT THE RETAIL STORE?

No. Products purchased on the Dickies Singapore website cannot be exchanged at any of the retail stores stocking Dickies.
