Dickies Singapore Online provides FREE shipping on all orders from $100 and up made in Singapore. For all orders from $0-$99, Dickies Singapore Online will charge a standard national shipment fee of $4.90 to all customers purchasing products within Singapore. International shipment fees start at $10.90.

Dickies Singapore Online shipment and delivery of orders are based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse distribution center processing time. Orders will be processed during normal business hours between Monday and Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please refer to your order tracking number for full details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please choose carefully as Dickies Singapore Online does not give refunds if you have changed your mind or made a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or an exchange where the goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from the image shown to you. Our Returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags and labels still attached to the product and the package must include any documentation that was sent with the product. To complete your return, we require an online receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Dickies Singapore Online will only accept returns on items purchased from the Dickies Singapore Online store only. If returns do not meet any of the above conditions, then the item may be refused refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at sales@dickies.sg .

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

A faulty product is a damaged good received from the retailer or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period following the purchase. Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. If the item meets the Dickies Singapore Online Returns & Exchanges policy, then the sale item may be considered for exchange within the 30-day period.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If returning an item that has a free promotional item, this free promotional product must be returned or purchased. Once your return has been received and inspected by Dickies Singapore Online, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account for payment of a Dickies Singapore Online refund. Then contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. If you have completed all these steps and you still have not received your refund, then please contact the Dickies Singapore Online Customer Service team at sales@dickies.sg

SHIPPING & CONTACT

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Dickies Singapore Online strongly advises that we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we can not be held responsible for missing parcels.
